  • All lease terms are for a full twelve months, with the option to continue on month-to-month after that term. 
  • NO PETS - Piccadilly Square does not allow pets in the apartment homes or inside any of the buildings on the grounds.
  • NO SMOKING - In an effort to maintain a healthy and safe environment, we do not allow residents, or their guests, to smoke in the apartment homes or inside any of the buildings on the grounds.
  • Utilities - Tenants are responsible for all utilities, except garbage pick-up, water, and sewer. Management is available to help all new residents with placing utilities in their name on the date of lease signing, providing it is scheduled in during office hours. 
  • Renters Insurance - residents are required to provide proof of renters insurance at the time of lease signing.  Management will go over those details once you've been approved for an apartment home.  Renters Insurance must remain in full force and effect throughout the entire duration of tenancy. 
  • Swimming Pool - All state pool regulations apply.  Each apartment home is allowed two (2) guests at a time in the pool area, provided the resident is with them at all times.  NO lifeguard on duty.
